& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated policies published by zs888:

• "Platform" means the zs888 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services accessible via the zs888 domain.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the zs888 registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account with zs888 and is accessing or using the Platform.
• "Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited to, credited to, or held within a Player's zs888 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means amounts credited to a Player's Account in connection with a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before the Company will permit withdrawal of any resulting winnings.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot, live dealer title, sports betting market, crash game, or other wagering product made available on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which the Company does not accept registrations, as listed in Clause 2.3 of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. The zs888 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register an Account, access any real-money Game, deposit funds, or claim any promotional offer. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. zs888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from underage play may be withheld pending review.

2.2 Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling online or entering into this type of agreement, you must not use the zs888 Platform.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions. Access to and use of the zs888 Platform is intended for players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether their local laws permit participation in online gambling. zs888 does not accept registrations from certain jurisdictions as defined in the Company's internal compliance policy.

2.4 Single Account. Each Player is entitled to maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering an Account with zs888, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.2 Verification. zs888 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a Player to verify their identity, age, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by zs888 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs888 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You must notify zs888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. zs888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Account holder's own negligence or failure to maintain credential security contributed to the breach.

3.4 Account Closure. Players may request voluntary closure of their zs888 Account at any time by contacting the support team. zs888 will process such requests in accordance with the responsible gaming procedures set out in Clause 7 of these Terms. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard processing timelines.

4.1 Accepted Methods. zs888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods made available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and OTC Cash. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawal amounts on the zs888 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Company does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the zs888 deposit page at the time of transaction. These minimums are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits and/or are registered in the same name as the zs888 Account. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are set out in the Payment FAQ section of the Platform.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. zs888 maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international gaming compliance standards. The Company may conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns and may require players to provide documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited to their Account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by zs888 are subject to the wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and minimum odds restrictions set out in the specific promotional terms accompanying each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, wagering is calculated on the Bonus Funds amount only, not on any additional real-money balance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. zs888 actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; coordinated play with other users to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; wagering at odds or stakes that breach promotional eligibility criteria; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. In cases of confirmed bonus abuse, zs888 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings without notice.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unclaimed, unconverted, or expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account automatically upon expiry.

6.1 Finality of Settled Bets. Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the zs888 system, it is binding. Settled results are final subject to the review procedures described in Clause 6.3.

6.2 System Errors. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a Game or the calculation of winnings, zs888 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.

6.3 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a Game result or settled bet must be submitted to the zs888 support team within 30 (thirty) days of the relevant event date. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. zs888's dispute resolution process aims to issue a final response within 14 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

6.4 RNG Integrity. All virtual and slot Games on the zs888 Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot Games are published within each Game's information panel. These figures represent long-term theoretical return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.1 Commitment. zs888 is committed to responsible gaming and to providing tools and resources that enable Players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The Company's Responsible Gaming Policy is published in full at /responsible-gaming and forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

7.2 Player Tools. All registered zs888 Accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit controls
• Session time reminders and mandatory break prompts
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks
• Permanent self-exclusion with no reinstatement pathway during the exclusion period

7.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who elects permanent self-exclusion from the zs888 Platform will have their Account suspended for the minimum period selected (no less than six months) and will not be eligible to create a new Account during the exclusion period. zs888 will take reasonable steps to identify and close any duplicate Accounts opened in violation of an active self-exclusion.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the zs888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate Game outcomes or sports betting markets
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any component of the zs888 Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward zs888 support staff or other Platform users
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law

All content published on the zs888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game designs, and promotional material — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Player or third party may copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or modify any zs888 content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

The zs888 name, wordmark, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of zs888 branding in any context — including on social media, in advertising, or in connection with any third-party product — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 Exclusion of Warranties. The zs888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 Service Interruptions. zs888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. The Company accepts no liability for losses incurred by Players as a result of service interruptions, provided that settled bets and balances are preserved and restored upon resolution of the interruption.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Subject to applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the Platform, or any Game, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

10.4 Consequential Losses. In no circumstances shall the Company be liable to any Player for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether the Company was advised of the possibility of such damages.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data provided by Players during registration and use of the zs888 Platform is governed by the zs888 Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

zs888 collects only the personal information necessary to operate the Platform, verify player identity, process financial transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations. Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of your data rights and the Company's data retention practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

zs888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the zs888 Platform following notification of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.4.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zs888, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Company's internal complaints procedure, as described on the FAQ page at /faq. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the relevant gaming licensing authority.
